Extensive Experience in Personal Injury Litigation
Prior to forming the Jensen Law Group, Mr. Jensen was a partner at Jensen McGrath Podgorny P.A., one of the premiere catastrophic injury firms in North Carolina. Previous to that, he was a partner at Faison & Gillespie.
His training as a litigator, however, occurred in Washington, D.C., where he spent six years practicing with Ross, Dixon & Bell, a 100-lawyer firm specializing in the defense of complex litigation cases.
Attorney Jensen is actively involved in the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He has served as the Chair of the Professional Negligence Section and as the Technology Chair for the Professional Negligence Section.
He has served as a PAC Trustee and a member of the Public Education Committee. Recently, he served on a joint committee of the North Carolina Bar and the North Carolina Medical Society to revise North Carolina's Medico-Legal Guidelines.

- He helped two workers who were severely burned in a workplace explosion recover $8.7 million for their injuries.
- He recovered $2.35 million for an injured worker who was burned while performing maintenance on a private jet.
- He recovered $3.5 million for a worker who suffered a brain injury after inhaling dangerous chemicals during an industrial accident.
- He helped a family recover $1 million for the wrongful death of their mother who died in a fire when the smoke detectors in her apartment building failed.
- He helped recover $13.5 million for a family whose newborn daughter was paralyzed when the physicians and nurses caring for the baby broke her neck during delivery.
